RIDE 50

Ride 50 is 50 minutes of intense, full-body cardio workout where movements on the bike are choreographed to the rhythm of the music.

RPM BY LESMILLS

RPM is a indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session.
